I use the H&R Tax program every year I think when you buy the federal/state program and you end up paying twice Prices seem to increase every year. The original price you pay should include both programs including the sending them in

The program is easy to use. When I had a problem, however, the customer service line was awful. I was never offered the chance to speak to a real person. Luckily, my son was able to fix the problem.

HR Block is the only tax program I use. Every time I attempt to try another program, it reminds me why I prefer HR Block. I did a comparison and the HR Block interface is so intuitive compared with others.
