I wish it was less of a black box. I found it impossible to revise numbers or delete forms I didn’t want to use. Had to print out and send our return in as the software kept telling me my spouse’s pin or AGI was incorrect. We are getting a refund and still could not file electronically! Whether it was the software sending a bad file to the IRS or not is impossible to tell.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I worked at H&R Block many years ago and from my training, I will not trust turbo tax or any other. We had through training and qualifications are at high standard. I trust H&R Block to find any deductions possible and keep me from being audited.

I’ve used Block tax software for over 20 years. I have only issue. I need to be able to attach other documents to my taxes and send them in via the free tax submission that I pay for. You pick the format , PDF works for me.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
