Completing my taxes was easier than exiling. I had to remove the software and reinstall in order to update it so I could file. Then my state efile had. To be removed and redone to efile too.

Been using this software for many years. Pretty easy to use. Just had one issue in that it flagged that I needed to include one of the worksheets for the state tax. It gave me the name of the form, but I had to find it, print it to a PDF then attach it to the return. Since it knew which form was needed, I would expect it to do all of that for me.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Very disappointed that you charged me twice for filing the state return when I had to resubmit it with the federal after my federal was rejected for not having the Identity pin the first time. I hadn't known where to put it the first time and your instructions did not direct me to it until I was rejected. My state rerun was on hold so that's why I resubmitted it after the federal got accepted. You should not have charged my credit card twice for that second submission of the same state form.
Also, I did a QCD since I was at least 70.5 but not needed to do a RMD yet and it was very tricky to find where to get that info into the federal form.
