Good software but hard to get help for a problem

I have used HR Block for several years now without any problems until now. I downloaded my software in the fall when I got the email with the link. In January when I started getting all my tax documents I started working on my returns. Everything was straightforward with the federal. When I went to do my state there was no link for the state. I looked in the help in the program and it was useless so I signed into my account and there was no help there. Finally, I found a number to call and eventually got to a person who sent me the link for my state software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

It works very well with a few bumps. It is only at the checking point where it tells you to add health care info and the window that tells you to do that doesn't have a link to send you to the right place. Also if you do a return for a child and the return doesn't have to be filed, it does not tell you that you don't have to file

I used Tax Cut again this year because I trust H&R Block. This was my twenty second year with H&R Block however I found the program confusing this year. I may have to look at some other options.

This is my 10th year using the software and I don't think I could do my taxes without it. I really like that it imports all of my reoccurring information from the previous year and relives me of the tedious effort. Plus my math skills are not what they should be and I would not want to make an error on the forms and invite any extra attention from the IRS. It's thorough and I trust the product. And I appreciate the updates.
