I had to pay back into Federal, but got a huge State refund. So something is very wrong with your software. Did my taxes multiple times and got the same results.

Your current software is terrible, compared to the past. On my almost new Mac it will not print usable or even readable documents. The best I get is a full page printed in the corner— 1/4th of the paper. So I must take that and manually fill out my state forms before filing. When I went to print the federal return it said I had 20 errors before I could print even though I had already efiled! And it said I was in the red zone for auditing even though previously, it said there was a little chance. I have no idea what was going on but I found a way to work around it so that I could print the form and begin an amended return. Though you claim this software was written for a Mac you obviously know that it does not work well because in the side bar is the question “what if I am using my Mac and it is too large to print” or something similar suggesting that you already knew there was a problem. Don’t just know. fix it. I am very disappointed and will look to other companies next year, even though I have used your software since I owned a computer.
