Always easy to order, work through and finalize. Even for us simple, middle class, military retirees. Keeping it simple and clear allows us to close out the year w/a sense of reason. Hopefully w/the new administration, additional pluses will be incorporated. Stay the course.

Good product but download from Merrill didn't work

Easy to use but since the investment download from Merrill didn't work and the interest download from Synchrony Bank wasn't offered. I had a lot typing in to do so hence the lower rating.
