Software was easy to navigate. However a state form was not included in my e-file. Now I must go through the hassle of manually sending the form and several supporting documents to see if I can get the remaining refund. I didn’t like TurboTax’s process, but the job got done with no hassle. I’m going back next year.

I’ve used this same software for many years and wouldn’t dream of doing our taxes any other way. I have a job, my wife has a job, we have investments, our kids have investments, we owned commercial rental properties and with all that going on, H & R Block's software saved us a boatload of money we would have had to pay a CPA. The program makes it easy, just answer the questions and it does all the math!

The software does good and works the way it's designed to do. I have it a 3 Star score because it needs improvement in the "Help" category. When a user asks where to enter an info, the software should tell the user "WHERE" to go, like which form and which line in the form. The response I got when I asked where to enter the PIN from the IRS, your software gave me a "phrase" and not a location.
Pros: Easy to prepare
