I have been long time user but this year and last year i have been Flag .I send the federal electronically I don't
what changed in your program I have to send them the 1099R and SSA1099 only three things .Too long to get refund .Maybe try turbo tax next year

I tried other software products, but they were complicated and didn't offer hints and discussions explaining they're procedures and.as a result there were glaring mistakes which made me vulnerable to tax penalties and audits. I have no issues withe the H&R block software, been using it for many years.

Dislike the state program, imported information from the Federal, it never excepts my driver license id, it keeps stating it needs to be nine digits and it is, in order to move on I have to change it to I do not have a license.

I suggest that you offer a software for one federal & one state free filing. Few people need 5 free federal filings. But most adults need to file both.
