I had a few questions about navigating the forms and making corrections to the entries. It was very difficult and time consuming to work through a simple adjustment on gross annual income. I took me several attempts to change the dollar amount before it actually accepted the correction. Not happy about that!

Your software price is always much higher that what someone else sells it.....about $15.00 higher. You need to be competitive in selling your own product. There should not be any charge for sending / transmitting the State of GA tax return. It should be FREE as is the federal tax return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
