Good navigation and importing data saves time

The interview questions and navigation are straightforward. Unlike a competitor's product, I can copy and paste into each field in the app (i.e. username and password to connect to an external account for automatic import).
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

This is a good product and getting more intuitive over time. There needs to be a reminder to download the state. Looking for the state caused me to phone support, and they were very helpful in a short amount of time.

We have been using your program for years and loved it. Now not so much.This year we cannot efile our taxes because they say the 8962 or 1095 is not included. We checked that we had insurance through our Employers and it is still rejected. Maybe we have to buy another program
Cons: Hard to prepare

Call it habit, but I have successfully been using This Tax software since it first came on the market Unger the “Taxcut” name. Multistates help a lot.
