I have been using for years, however the past 3-5 years I was unable to file the state of Delaware electronically but was able to file Pennsyvania electronically. This was very disappointing as I had to send via snail mail.

I've been using HR Block software since the beginning (when it was called TaxCut) and have been generally very satisfied. I've found a few bugs, reported them, and they have been corrected. This year, the interview regarding RMDs has been very confusing. Things like "recovery period" are poorly explained and there is no clear instruction as to what to do when an RMD is taken as a regular cash distribution in the appropriate time window. But, overall, the software has served me well and I completed my taxes this year in about 3 hours!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Difficult to report Donor Advised Fund (DAF). Confusing between cash and non cash donations, ie check boxes on Schedule. Using terms like mutual funds would be more helpful.

I was able to complete my taxes. However, it seems that your product hasn't changed in 10+ years. The user interface reminds me of Windows XP. A lack of AI functionality kept me from realizing that one of my 1099-Rs was much lower than in previous years. Had I known that, I wouldn't have submitted my first return and I wouldn't have had to submit an amended return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
