The questions regarding the 1099-B were a little confusing especially the buy/selling of securities and cd's. Also had problems with question on check/not checked on distrbutions.

I have used your product for many years. Hoowever something is different.
I have tried to submit my efile abouit 11 times and it keeps rejecting it.
Things that I do not understand and know how to correct. For instance, when it asks for taxable income for the prior year, it keeps putting in 2022 value and not allow me to put 2023 number for line 11
I am about to ask for my money back!!!!! I am a very unhappy customer
