Good product .....better explanations might help. Product should have a checklist to make sure everything is filed. The negotiation to get to another portion of the product (for instance ...income, 1099's ...etc).

The tax code needs to be re-written. We've been promised postcard filing for decades with no progress. That isn't H&Rs fault, but it needed to be said. What is H&Rs fault are the dead ends I reach when trying to get a fuller explanation for what to enter in a particular box. I don't know of anyone who files who is 100% certain they have all the i's dotted and t's crossed when they hit that send button. Maybe someday...
