Generally easy to use and works fine. Would like to have had the issue of printing the tax return to the correct scale on my Mac resolved (third year running I have had this problem with the HR Block software) by now, but I have a workaround (I have to delete all printers on the operating system then save to PDF, then reinstall the printer then print the PDF). So this is not a show stopper, just inconvenient.
