Migrated to your product after using Turbo Tax for the past 20 years due to serious faults in their 2024 edition on RMD 401K distributions. Glad I did, completed 2024 return with no problems with the issue mentioned above.

I have used the software fo many years now and my main gripe is if I want to go back and check my work the exact place to find is VERY hard to find and your software has always been that way!

This is the 19th year I've happily used H&R Block tax software. This year I was quite frustrated with the IRA Distribution portion showing an emphasis red triangle stating " This interview is not final. Visit the update center for release dates." Update center had no release dates. I was ready to file my return on February 1st but waited out 3 weekly updates before ignoring the "not finalized" message to file for my refund. Is this an H&R block or IRS issue?

Worst software ever! Very glitchy!! Unable to print returns because despite trying any option on my printer the page provided by this software is only 1/4, the top left section, of an 8.5 X 11 letter size page. Would Never recommend this product and will Never use it again!!!

Application is good and easy to use. There has been an issue the last couple of years however with the purchase system, at least on Mac - buying the Deluxe+State package doesn't actually unlock the State download, and I've needed to call support to get the State package that I’ve already purchased.
Support is helpful once you get past the idiotic AI screener and talk to a real person.
