I buy in store to avoid using credit card. It's MADDENING trying to get the program onto my computer; it shouldn't be like that. Buying gives a code to use: you should be able to download the program and input that info without all the nonsense of creating accounts, etc. Doing taxes is stressful enough without this added headache. SIMPLIFY the process, please! I'm at the point of trying another program over this issue.

Excellent program but had a problem with VA Sate

I've used this tax program for years. This year I was disappointed in that the state tax did not calculate correctly as the spouse credit was low by $20. I realized this when I had my son check our return on his pc with Quicken. I started over and the problem went away agreeing with my son's result. I was not able to fidn the reason for the difference.
