Navigation and the tax interview process was good. The app fell short with regard to help topics and support. I had some energy efficiency credits to claim as well as Inherited IRA RMD tax law changes to clarify. These issues were not addressed adequately. I had to go to IRS documentation and dig very deep to get the answers I needed.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great if you don't need to calculate a penalty!

I like the software and it does just about everything well. Unfortunately if you need to calculate a penalty due to substantial income in a late quarter the f2110 form and instructions are very hard to follow. It does calculate on the form but it is not intuitive at all. Will I purchase this software again --- Yes! I have used it for years and will continue to use it.
