I use this software every year. It is for the most part easy to go through. If you need to go back over something it can be a little complicated to get back to where you were. Overall I like how it works.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I have used this product for many years. But I wish you would just give me the option to take the standard deduction without having to answer an extensive number of questions before you give me the option of taking the standard deduction.

The product does what it is supposed to do. However, I do NOT appreciate the constant upselling of either more expensive version or add-on services. I know what I bought and I bought what I need. Additionally, I do NOT appreciate having to keep watching the sales for the best price, You should offer the same price as the retailers have, or at least close to it.

I bought Deluxe Fed n State thinking I could do my taxes -Like I have done every year for the last 16years. But since I had upgraded my computer to windows 11. The download would not work on my computer. Had to borrow a relatives laptop with windows 10 to do my taxes. Very inconvenient to say the least. Am hoping Next Year H n R Block and Windows 11 will work out issues so I can do my taxes with ease again, IF NOT definitely changing software companies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
