Been using H&R Block Deluxe Tax software since 2002. It has always been easy to use. With said, the past 2 years the Mac version has had issues with the one click update from within the application. I have had to download the updates and manually install them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Been using this program for several years. Imports information from last year so I don't have to type in name, address, etc. Only asks pertinent quiestions based on pertinent years, but also asks if there were any changes. Since we are retired and only on SS and pensions, this saves us a lot of trouble.
