I've used HR Block software to do my taxes for years. I'm not very complicated, and have been generally satisfied. This year, I felt something was different. Needed updates for some fairly ordinary income (IRA distribution/conversion) , and other entries were fairly late in arriving and the interview wouldn't accept them until they did, in late February. And, I made a mistake in not reporting a state estimated payment I made because I never encountered that option in the interview. After finally, after finding out how to submit an amended return, I discovered a state estimated payment is an entry made on the federal form, not the state form, but is also not in the interview. I had to search and find the line in the "whole form" option.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Tax Program! I always buy the deluxe edition of the software because I have royalties that I need to declare as well as a tax I have to pay to California each year. The program walks you through everything you need to know, and you can also get online or phone help if needed.
