Once i finished, i was prompted to check for accuracy. Once the accuracy check was done, I was instructed to click on "Take me to". then Finished Iowa. I did that and was taken back to accuracy check. And around and around I went. After the 3rd time i went to the next step. That was confusing. Other than that glitch all went well.

Being using HRBlock's software well over decade, really like it. But, I rated it 4-Stars instead of 5 Stars because of poor customer's service. The Help features are totally useless!
It will be better if it provide online realtime chat support to customer. Hope you will consider this option.
