This was the first year I have used your product vs. another I had used for years. I found I liked your tax prep. Deluxe much nicer, there two items you had mentioned which my previous company I used never even suggested the possible deduction. It was extremely easy to download, drag in my previous tax return and import my financial advisor's statements. H & R will be my continued tax return product.

I've used H&R Block tax software for over 15 years and have been very pleased with its ease of use, convenience, and accuracy. The download version is updates automatically. I have found it to be the most cost effective and secure way to file our annual federal income taxes. While my state has an online option for state income taxes, I have used the State version for my son's return and found it equally helpful.

Had to call and get help since I was unable to get the download button from your web site . Issues with my fidelity downloade into the form . Had to validate each of my stock trades and I had well over 100. Did not have any of these issues last year . Will look at turbo tax next year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Great with federal taxes but there is a problem in your calculations for Indiana state when a person works out of state and there is a locality tax charged in that other state. I had to do those taxes on my own.
