Disappointed after using software for 28 years

We have been using H&R Block or Taxcut software since 1997 and have always felt like it is the best of the best (Turbo Tax having costs me an audit and subsequent penalty). However, this year to have to get into a part of income tax I hadn't had to before. Whether it was a mistake on my part, but it felt like a glitch in the software. I ended up on Google trying to figure out how to fix the "glitch". I finally got it taken care of, but that area of the software definitely needs some work. It was hard to read and understand and not easy like this software usually is.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

I find this software very easy to use and I like the fact that my data is on my computer and not out in the "cloud" where I feel it is way more vulnerable.
