I've been using H&R Block tax software for a quarter century. Early on, Tax Cut saved me a lot of money with my rental property expenses and deductions. Those savings alone paid for 25 years of your software.
This year, my federal return was accepted FOUR minutes after I filed using H&R Block software. State return was several hours. I like the confidence I get from your notification.

Every year I find an error in the program. I found one today, called the state to verify, and yes, the program was wrong.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

The software was buggy this year. I had not had the problems in previous years. The deluxe with state version refused to install state without further payment. The return wouldn’t open automatically and I got in a loop from the install updates screen.

Fairly easy interview

It was a fairly easy interview. It was cumbersome that the State Return was not automatically downloaded. You had to search and figure out how to access, which since I bought up front should have been a seamless process. I was issued a 1099 from my brokerage for a small amount. It registered a zero return. Since a 1099 was issued I felt that the 1099 should be accounted for regardless. It showed up as an error because no amount was entered which meant the Return could not be filed electronically. I ended up removing the form which probably will not be a problem? Better instructions could be have been done.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
