I have used the H&R Block tax programs for more than 8 years. This year I found the screens about Required Minimum Distributions and the correction period confusing for someone who took all of their distribution by December 31,2024. I think the question “ Did you take your total distribution by December 31,2024?” Yes > flow to the next screen. No> leads to a query about excess contribution.

Excellent program. Everything went fine and this is my seventh year of using the Deluxe Software. If I had any suggestion, it would be that when getting to the Accurace part of the program, it can be a little confusing because it takes you to another popup and it seems like you can't ignore it if it doesn't apply to you.
