This year’s version has been very unstable, prone to crashing on my MacBook Pro. I upgraded to current MacOS, no improvement. Had to remove and reinstall HR Block software twice, but finally got my taxes done and filed.

The process of doing the taxes was easy, getting copies is not. My printer at home wasn't working and I tried printing at work and couldn't because the computers weren't compatible. Just not user friendly, I thought web based would be easier and it wasn't for me.
