Worked fine until: first you charged my account 3 THREE times , then no human to talk to. Required to take overcharge issue to my bank to void two charges.

I have used H&R Block software for several years and generally am pleased. I wish that when you purchase the deluxe version that the filing fee for the state returns is paid up front. Also, this year had a hard time filing the federal return due to needing to enter the ID PIN which was in a list of items not pertaining to me. I finally found it on ID.Gov. and found where to enter it. This made me resubmit the state return.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Been using your program for several years. While it works, it is cumbersome. Basically the program needs an overhaul to make it easier to go from screen to screen when one needs to reference something out of normal order. And your explanations are couched in language that is way too "tax professional lingo" It would be helpful if you had a consultant that is NOT in your field of expertise review explanations.
Cons: Hard to prepare
