Have used taxcut for 20 yrs, have always been satisfied. This year i had a few ?’s , and not once but twice after getting past chatbot and connected to an agent, they stated their name and how can i help you, only to never be heard from after that point, asked my ?… dead air space for 15 minutes. I typed are you there, ,nothing.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this product for several years now. It is consistently easy to use and provides good value. It not infrequently helps me out when something is unclear. The ability to import 1099 and other forms is useful. the software is efficient, does not hang up, and does things like updating and electronic filing smoothly. that even for someone not a professional IT person. It is not expensive for software, and much less expensive than hiring a person to file.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used this software for many years and have good results with it. This year in the state program, I mistakenly clicked on the wrong email for putting my refund towards next year taxes. I could not delete this selection and click on the box to refund my overpayment. Don’t know why this happened since I hadn’t submitted my Missouri state taxes yet.

Cons: Hard to import documents
