great product, I did have an issue. I've not started to collect social security (not quite full retirement age), it kept showing as an error that I did not receive based on my age.
It was a little difficult to determine if I qualified for a credit for installing an EV charger. It took quite a bit of work to understand why I didn't qualify (seemed to be based on my address & not income).

Prone to errors, and support is not helpful

I am becoming afraid to use this software, as I always find some sort of error in it. Then when I call the help center, they try to tell me that it’s working as designed and say I need a tax professional, which is insulting.
A few years ago you double counted royalties reported on a 1099 – MISC as both royalties and miscellaneous income and tried to double tax. This year, you tried to assess an rmd-related penalty, although RMD‘s had clearly been taken within the tax year, as reported on the previous 1099 – R forms we entered
