I like and use the software every year. For some reason HRB has stopped offering the software for the following year in the fall, resulting in me having to search for it to purchase. C'mon guys- why are you making it inconvenient for customers to buy your product? Otherwise the software is excellant.

I have been using HR Block annually for many years. In general, I am satisfied with the ease of use. My one gripe is having to delay filing my taxes due to the seeming endless need for HR Block to update the product. This year, it was nearly the end of February and I ended up filing anyway in spite of yet another "Next Update Date Mon DD" message showing.

I have been using H&R Block software to complete and file my taxes for several years now. I am always able to purchase the current year at a reasonable price. The account I set up on first use allows the software to pre-populate much of the information from prior years. This saves a lot of time instead of re-typing it all in. I am confident that the software calculates the most advantageous return possible, and is free from errors. I appreciate how easy it is to e-file the return through the program, and get immediate feedback on filing status. I live in Florida so have not needed to use the State Return function.
