This year is more difficult than the last, which was itself more difficult than the year before. "Difficult" means more counter-intuitive and less well defined at each step. I must think that your company retired a lot of prior year experts and hired on a lot of Whiz-Dummies who grew up on cell phones and can't structure software for anyone over age 20. I am over age 20 and I will not be using your software again.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Normally I would given 5 stars but your s/w had a problem and scared the - - - - out of me when my online tax return was rejected multiple times. But fortunately your telephone live support helped by re downloading the software to correct the problem.
