Your software is fine. It does the job. I doubt I will buy it again because even though I have been buying the deluxe for years I still always wind up with the standard deduction so I can get away with the free software from your competitor.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Great product. I have used it over 10 years because it saved me time, money and increased my refunds with its expertise. I did have some difficulty though filing this year's final joint return (my spouse died in 2024). The final accuracy check had me add my name to worksheet form as "Care of" for my deceased spouse. It then stated I would have to do the same for my State tax return. However, my State did not have that form nor require that information. This is a minor issue that I had to work through. In conclusion, I would not want to file my tax returns without this product .

The software is very easy to use. It’s clear, and for my needs, is excellent. Love the fact that I can import my tax documents directly from Robinhood, because that is the biggest pain for me, entering that info manually. So very happy about that for sure.

I would have given this 5 stars, but, for the second year in a row it forced me to go back to last years return to verify data. I thought the program automatically imported last years data!
When the Federal return is done and the program is checking for errors - it prompts for last years 1040 worksheet “ above line 12” info. Basically, did I itemize or take the standard deduction.
If this is intentional, it is trivial and putting the filer through extra grief verifying data that should have been already imported! Otherwise everything else went well.
