Easy to use at a good price, although i believe it should be free. I would like to see multiple states available when buying the federal plus state. Although I did purchase an additional state, it would have been cheaper to buy another copy of the whole program.

The software is way over priced for essentially being the same product year after year. I understand tax laws change, but the cost of that knowledge and the skills to program the amendments appear to be out of sorts. I will probably go to the free government federal and free government state portals next year after buying this product for over 20 years.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems importing data and switching to Apple ver

Issues costing me hours of frustration include:
Problems caused by importing data generated by past return in windows into return I downloaded to computer running Apple OS; return that wouldn’t efile due to an uncorrectable issue in an obscure worksheet used for itemizing when I have only taken standard deduction for years; problems with return refusing to efile and telling me I needed to update, which the application kept failing to do.
