I'm a repeat customer and for the most part am pretty satisfied with the product. I think that one of the features I really liked is gone or moved or hard to find. I wanted to look at the comparison of this year's return with the previous year. I managed to accomplish most of that comparison by doing my own analysis, but it would have been much more reassuring if I had been able to do it as easily as it was last year.

reliable but hard to trace entries to tax lines

Have used same software for over 8 years so familiar with data trail. Problem is sometimes interviews fail to discern what line on tax return the entry is reported. I always manually track all data input to each line on fed and state return before filing. Perhaps you can work on better solution

Too many unnecessary questions

I don't get ANY Social Security payments because of my Local government pension. Yet H7R Block kept telling me to claim some.
It drove me CRAZY!! I finally figured out a way to bypass it, still kept saying my review was bad!
