I’ve been using H&R Block for many, many years. Love this program and will never change. I had an issue downloading the program one year and they were extremely helpful getting this downloaded for me. I attempted to download on a Mac and it wouldn’t download. I purchased a new computer and they assisted me in getting it on the new computer without an additional charge.
