I'm in my contacts easy to use when using it for a while but I can't cancel auto renew. I want to use the free version but I have to call to cancel I can't just cancel online annoying

Quality of the software is not what it used to. Last year I had problem e-filing and this year I can't e-file the second state return. Waiting for case number 22364543 & 23364543 to be resolved

So so. Missouri Cover page gives wrong address.

Been using this software for over 20 years. A few things are a bit clumsy or not so clear, especially anything that is not real common. I found on doing the Missouri state taxes the cover sheet that tells you what to send and print, gives incorrect information. The mail to address is wrong if you are getting a refund and it told me to attach a copy of the MO-A MINI-WORKSHEET which is not available to be printed from what I can find. Hopefully nothing else is incorrect that is important. Every year I swear the next year I'll try TurboTax to compare, but haven't yet because I'm too cheap. On the good side, I haven't been audited... yet. jinx jinx

i love the Deluxe program, easy to use and fast with 5 free federal E-file and one state program. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is it does not do Michigan City Income tax.

Not as easy as Turbo Tax. Had some areas that gave no explanation. Also had a hard time just saving as a PDF. Didn’t allow State efile for some reason. Had to mail.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
