It was accurate and easy to use except for one thing. The IRS PIN code is easily confused with the code you ask for. I had to resubmit my rejected return twice before I remembered. You should add guiding language of that special code and make the link to it more obvious than the almost hidden line that exists now. Also, each resubmission triggers another charge to my credit card that took time for you to correct. Why not have a button to signal a resubmission of a rejected return instead?

This is now my 6th year of using the H&R Block tax software. No problems at all with using it and promptly filing my returns online. Had my state & federal refunds in my bank account a week later!

Fast refund, but I am not giving 5 stars because you do not read PDFs of tax forms very well. If I have to type it all in myself, then why use the reader?
