I am very unhappy with this product. encountered 2 software issues. One was fixed, one was not. I am still unable to download the NM state return. Software will not accept credit/debit cards for payment. One of your customer svc people sent a updated NM download to fix the issue but the download expired before I could use it. The problem was not fixed. I will mail the return via the post office since your software doesn't work.

After installing the program I encountered an update error. after working through this I started my return. everything worked as it should until I got to the state E deposit screen. no matter what I did I got an error message. Routing number does not match. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled. this did not fix the error. I checked the box to use the same info for the federal return. Error kept coming. I endid up filing federal return only and E filing on the state website.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’ve used this software for many years. I stick with Block because I find it easy to navigate, and to import my previous information. Once it’s imported, it’s just a matter of plugging in this year’s numbers.
