I was very surprised and disappointed with this product. Everything was fine until I went to E file my turns. I was told my 5 free Federal filings had been used and I would have to pay to E file. I do taxes for my ex-husband therefore I had to pay to E file both our Federal and our State returns. Not happy about that at all. This makes me feel the "activation code" I was given for this software had been given to someone else who had filed their returns before me.
