I’ve used this service for several years and still like the results.
Find it very frustrating that the added cost to use the state return feature is so expensive. Your initial advertising says that it contains federal and state services but doesn’t mention extra cost. This resembles a bait and switch tactic. 👎

Have used Tax Cut / H&R Block for many years and found it effective and efficient.Each year there always seems to be one tax issue where I need extra research, but considering the complexity of state and federal tax laws, that should be regarded as a compliment.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

The chat help NEEDS ALOT OF WORK…..after the chat bot was no help and it connected my chat with an agent, they typed their name and how can i help….then dead air space no comeback no help nothing…And I tried twice with the sane outcome…no help

I really like how easy it is to use. My only negative is how much it costs to purchase. I came from the era where we did our own paper income tax and so it does bother me to have to pay higher prices year after year.
