Getting updates to the program was painful and required work arounds to make them happen. I could have submitted my returns 2 weeks earlier if the program updates had installed as they should have.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I continue to want the option to confirm all imported transactions with 1 action instead of confirming each imported transaction individually. Also, the limit of 2000 imported transactions should be increased to 4000 or the user should be given the option to download the import information to a file in a readable format like Excel.

I've used your software for over 20 years and this year I am finding that you have an error on RMD withdrawals. It is saying that I have an RMD penalty and I do not. I Googled it and many others are running into the same issue that I am finding, yet you have not come out with a correction for it in your software. I had to do a workaround in order to file taxes correctly.
Cons: Hard to prepare
