I’ve used H&R Bloch software for my taxes for the last several years. There has not been much improvement in the user interface during that time. It still looks and feel like a DOS program written in the 90s.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think tat the save return options are terrible particularly the need to download a a separate pdf program to save file as a pdf. The print options need to be improved as well.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Tax software is a great product. However, I filled out your survey several times and your system would not accept my answers because I refused to answer just 1 or your survey questions. Modify your survey to accept and and all answers. Your agents have certainly given help when needed, and are friendly.
