I have been using H & R Block software for many years with great results. This year, however, IL had many issues and difficulties. First, it did not import previous years information correctly, I ended up having to fill in all information myself. Secondly, for some reason, it confused my filing status and indicated I had changed status from last year, which I did not, and haven't for many years. Third, it put in a "0" for my last years AGI and it took two phone calls lasting over two hours to fix that issue so I could E file.

Excellent program for doing taxes. We had to get an IP ID due to some stolen mail and finding where we had to put this and that we even had to provide it was a little difficult but that was what we had to do in order to e-file. Got through it and this isn't typical.
