Does ok. Must know tax law so that you make sure you do everything correctly. Software doesn't always ask all the right questions. Not super easy to find everything.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to import documents

Taxes are slightly too complex for the basic version, so I use Deluxe every year. I’ve been happy with how easy it is to import and then file.

Been using H&R Block software for years and it is a great product. It leads you through to the tax items that are relevant but also lets you go directly to a specific form. Only thing that needs fixing for years is the limitation on the long-term care premiums allowed based on age when itemizing. It only asks for the total health premiums. Have recommended this product to several family members and others.
