State of Arkansas program had a glitch that I tried to get help with. It would not separate my husband’s and my retirement and placed all of the money under my name only, showing zero money for my husband. I had a case number and talked to a couple of people, but nobody could help me. The last person tried but dropped my call and never called back. I finally went through the numbers myself and had to override the numbers that your program incorrectly imported from the federal program. A nightmare for me, but I’m glad that I have a math degree. I’ve used this program for many years, and I hope that this will not happen again. My trust is a bit shaken.

It's a good program, but difficult at times. I don't recall that we needed an average mortgage balance in previous years and the bank wasn't sure what that actually meant (just for this year or over the entire mortgage). I had to talk to a CPA to get the right definition. Explanations would be useful. We also experienced a glitch with the e-filing. Also had a problem with the transfer of a line item on the K-1. It didn't transfer.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Software seems to work well except for the occasional loop involving the error "Server Busy This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy". This was frustrating because there was no other program running and therefore no way out of the error.

The Federal tax credit for energy efficient improvements is flawed. My husband and I installed an A/C and Furnace this year that qualify. In order to pass all the errors, we had to complete the solar portion (all 0's) and we also had to say Yes to new construction, even though it wasn't new construction. Please correct these issues
