Had a problem with a software issue The person could,t help me and gott cut off on connection. Called back started to explain this different person and got cut off again. Very poor service.

Could not easily pull in pdf of last years return done with H&R Block software. Required entering all information manually. That made a lot of wasted time to recenter the same companies from last year. I had already paid and downloaded software. Also when I checked disabled, it said we will ask more later and it never did. Next year I hope things will be easier to use, asI moved from Windows to Mac this year.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
