Easy and accurate completion of returns and filing

I buy the deluxe with state edition annually and am generally pleased with the ease of us and accuracy. Some updates continue to come after I have filed, but probably because of IRS delays. Never affected my filing.

I had a problem when I sent my return. My credit card was charged and then I had to update my software before my return would send. I had to re-enter my credit card information again and thus, I was charged twice for sending my state return. WHY did you do this?

I have used H&R Block software for years and find it easy to use. I would like to suggest that instead of 5 free e-filings on federal we are given at least one free state filing when purchasing the Deluxe + State,
