Been using this for many years, and no improvements to the feedback have shared previously. In fact, this year, the inability to download PDF 1099-R forms and connect to my financial institution for automatic download proved a major setback. I still found myself having to reboot my Mac every time a program update was available from IRS as well and the installer update just quits and does not finish the install (without having to reboot the machine of course).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple to type in the information requested, but when I have questions, I don’t feel there is much depth to the answers provided within the program.
I contact the technical service chat line about a minor printing error, but it couldn’t be fixed without a software update. I assume many of the bugs will be fixed later in the tax season.

Used HR Block software for a number of years and am very satisfied with it. However, a good number of the help responses didn't go far enough in providing enough detail in their explanations. Also had some confusion on the page dealing with Excess Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs).
