I have used your product for more than 10 years. By far, this was the worst application. I am now 78 years old. The font was wat too small. This year there were new questions. Like, over withdrawal of IRA funds. Giving reference to the IRS publication is no help. A link to the publication would have been. For the first time ever, on the verification an amount on the tax form was highlighted. I reenteted the amount shown, hopefully, this was all that was needed. An explanation would have been nice, showing the worksheet on why this was highlighted. I am on auto send, which I will be removing. I won't be comfortable until.my refund from the government is received.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program would not Update properly after repeated attempts. After researching, I found out that this year it would not Update properly unless it was installed to the Default "C" drive so I was forced to uninstall the program and reinstall it on a drive that I didn't want to have to install it on. Disappointed.
