I downloaded the Deluxe version this year hoping that I would not encounter the problems I had last year, i.e. unable to upload the previous year's basic tax data, and could not download a State edition that is supposed to come with the Deluxe package. I might add it was the first year with a Mac computer. My previous 10+ years experience was with a Microsoft based HP computer. I chnaged computers to prevent the massive amount of virus attacks on my Microsoft based computer.
I experienced the same issue this year with the Deluxe version when trying to use the State version. Again I had to call Block and get the State software emailed to me seperately. This seems to be a repeat problem with usage of a Mac computer. Apparently the Deluxe software is not compatible with Apple Ios. I can't believe I'm the only one experiencing this issue.
